AI-Powered Building Visualization
ARIES is an intelligent building visualization platform that connects architecture, AI, interactive 3D, pricing, client approvals, construction data and sales into one continuous experience. It lets people see, design, price, approve and experience a building before it is built.
Where ARIES changes the model
Most visualization work ends when the image is delivered. ARIES keeps the high-quality visualization and turns the digital building into an interactive decision environment, so the model is no longer only a picture but a working digital property.
Upload an architectural set and develop a structured understanding of walls, windows, rooms, ceiling heights, cabinetry, appliances, materials, fixtures, square footage and elevations, with a roadmap toward deeper BIM and MEP awareness.
Walk through the property and change floors, countertops, cabinetry, appliances, exterior materials and other selectable components. The model updates as the decisions change.
Each design decision can carry a dollar impact. Material, labor and project-level cost effects are surfaced alongside the visual change instead of arriving weeks later.
Talk to the model in plain language: make this kitchen more luxurious, give me three alternatives under $40,000, keep the roofline but make the exterior French modern, or where are we over budget.
Each builder establishes a profile holding standards, subcontractors, labor pricing, preferred vendors, material pricing, allowances, construction methods, upgrade packages, product catalogs and lead times.
Selections, revisions, approvals, dates, price impacts and status live in one project record instead of being scattered across email, text messages, PDFs and spreadsheets.
The ARIES experience
A builder and client review a proposed custom home. The client asks to see darker flooring and the digital home changes immediately. The client asks what the change costs and ARIES shows the estimated impact. Brass fixtures appear in context, the pricing impact is shown, and the selection is approved and recorded in the same session.
Illustrative selection record. Pricing shown in ARIES comes from builder and vendor data, never from universal pricing assumptions.
Cost intelligence
A countertop change from quartz to Calacatta marble surfaces an estimated material increase, a labor adjustment and a total project impact. If the change adds $18,000, a $2.418M working estimate updates to approximately $2.436M in front of the client, before it becomes an expensive construction change order.
Figures above are illustrative examples from the ARIES concept overview and are not a quote.
The connected workflow
The strongest differentiation is what happens after the rendering. ARIES is designed to carry a project forward from visualization into approval and construction information.
Builder intelligence
ARIES becomes more valuable when it learns how a specific builder actually operates. Instead of generic visualization software, the platform becomes a configurable intelligence layer for each building company, useful for presentation, estimating, selections, procurement coordination, client communication and project handoff.
Competitive positioning
Existing visualization platforms already offer photorealism, real-time walkthroughs, VR, configurators, CAD and BIM synchronization and increasingly AI-assisted 3D workflows. ARIES does not rely on any one of those as its sole differentiator. It competes on the intelligence and continuity surrounding the 3D environment: builder-specific knowledge, live economics, persistent decision history, client approvals, and the translation of those decisions into construction-ready information.
Proposed product roadmap
Plan upload, structured project data, interactive 3D walkthrough, material swaps, saved selections, approval history and a controlled pricing layer.
Builder profiles, standards, allowances, vendor and product catalogs, labor and material pricing, upgrade packages and selection schedules.
Natural-language design changes, budget-aware alternatives, project question and answer, and automated decision summaries.
Procurement handoff, vendor information, deeper BIM and MEP integration, construction data and integrations with builder systems.
Multi-builder SaaS, enterprise controls, analytics, standardized integrations and a broader marketplace ecosystem.
Why this matters
ARIES is built to reduce decision friction, make client meetings more compelling, create clearer records of approvals, expose budget impacts earlier, and connect design intent directly to the way a building is purchased and constructed.

Questions
ARIES is at the concept and development stage. The capabilities described on this page are proposed and subject to technical validation, integration availability and commercial development. This site is a concept overview for builders, development firms and potential partners.
No. Skilled human modeling, texturing, lighting and quality control remain important even as AI improves. ARIES preserves the production workflow that already works and extends what happens after the visual is created.
From builder and vendor data supplied by each building company: labor pricing, material pricing, allowances, vendor catalogs and upgrade packages. ARIES does not treat any number as universal pricing.
The intended inputs are the architectural set a builder already has: floor plans, elevations, CAD and Revit files, SketchUp models, material selections and inspiration images, with a roadmap toward deeper BIM and MEP integration.
Use the form above or reach out directly. Early builder partners help shape the builder profile layer, which is the part of ARIES that is specific to how your company actually operates.
